About Production:
WizardFire Deckboxes are designed in California using the computer, the Boxes are laser cut and engraved, then go onto a sanding process to clean the edges.
The engravings for the black box are designed in Photoshop with the help of MidJourney AI computer generated artwork and vector graphics skull. Once the box is sanded nicely using different grit sandpaper, it is then spray dyed dark purply black using a non-toxic food dye mix that soaks into the wood and pressed underneath weights to keep the wood from warping. Once the black dye has dried, its time for the glue-up. Titebond wood glue is used to provide a superior stick and the box is clamped together while the glue sets. Then the hinges and latch are attached using gold screws. After that it is finished with a non-toxic beeswax and carnauba protective coating. Finally the box is ready to go and is carefully packed and shipped over to you for your favorite black deck!
